He looks solid at times and horrid others. I think he gives you a better chance. We don't look any better right now.

Hope to see a good game.

True, but you can't ignore the side show at the end either. Also, drops have been a consistent problem under Crowton, something we hoped Billy Gonzales would help to improve.

Penalties at inopportune moments, overall lack of discipline, the head coach's inability to put his apparent personal feelings for JJ aside and play the QB who truly gives us the best chance to win and the aforementioned side show are reasons I don't hold out much hope that LSU can beat a real quality team.

So far, who have we beaten? WVU? Please. MooU? Vandy? Tennessee by a nose hair?

If Bozo the Coach continues his "Jefferson gets this series, Lee gets the next" rotation v. Florida, LSU will be lucky to reach double digits against the Gator defense.

Our coach is a knuckle-dragging buffoon.

excellent coach and will help you guys out in time. Also, see your point on penalties.

Some good stuff. Thanks. Meyer was out of it last off season. Something is going on but he is still a heck of a coach. I think he is
in the top 3 around the country.

Our defense needs to play lights out. Overall, we limited Tenn to 217 total yards, but there were times where we backed off, missed easy tackles, and didn't appear to play with the same energy we should be playing with. T This cannot happen at all, because if it does and the swamp gets rocking, I highly doubt our offense is capable of regaining the momentum.

Offensively, we need to continue to move the ball like we did against Tenn, but most importantly we need to BE AGGRESSIVE IN OUR PLAYCALLING. I walked out of our stadium sick to my stomach last year after watching one of the most boring, lackluster, and demoralizing offensive "gameplans" I've ever witnessed. Credit obviously goes to the UF defense, but my God. We ran the same uncreative basic shite all night and expected something different would happen. That was the night I realized what a lazy, unappreciative frickup our OC was. So much buildup and hype going in only for Crowton to piss it all away by running the same 8-10 plays over and over and over

In summary, limit turnovers, move the chains and keep it low scoring, defense play lights out, and maybe just maybe we'll have a chance at the end.

Yall getting blown out by bama was pretty much the worst thing that could happen for us going into this game.

One of the longest and hardest games I ever had the chance to watch. agree. We didn't do much with the ball either but I assume it was planned.

LSU with Lee starting and maybe JJ in for a few wildcats wins by 10.

LSU's defense is at least as good as the Tide's, and probably better. The Tiger special teams is much better than any Florida has faced or is likely to face.

27-17 LSU.

Gonna disagree, yall moved the ball on us pretty well all game, you just didn't score.

Other than one decent drive that led to a FG, we were never a threat to do anything the entire game.

LSU beats UF if...

1. No more stupid penalties
2. LSU wins the turnover battle
3. JL starts and plays 95% of the game. No more switching QBs because the offense can't get in a rhythm when that happens.
4. LSU takes the run game away from UF early. LSU will get plenty of pressure on Brantley if they force him into throwing situations.

I agree.
But I think there is a point that sets that aside.

You guys won ugly and are pissed. AND
This is going to come off a crazy but I think being away from Baton Rouge actually helps your guys out. Less pressure in front of the home crowd.

Gators will coming out swinging while the Tigers are still scratching our heads. And that's not a good combo when playing in the swamp.

Unfortunately 31-17 Jhorts

Brantly may have trouble with your secondary if we can't run the ball.

penalties irritate me, Take away from the game. Hope both teams play at a high level.
