Chavis is extremely uncomfortable in front of the cameras. He's making $1 million @ LSU to coach defense. He doesn't even have to recruit like the other coaches. He gets to pick and choose where he goes. Plus I think he genuinely likes Les. I'd put the chances under 1%.

Haha. Great point. Plus, he'll be able to earn this for decades. Even if Les gets run off and Chavis loses this job, he could get the same money elsewhere.
