It's a game of "will they risk it" being will LSU risk trying to enforce his obligation to seek employment, and are the parties willing to litigate whether he put in the requisite effort?

It could get interesting if BK goes next year without any rumblings of interviewing for other jobs, even if he thinks they're beneath him (like a Kansas etc.)
