He knew the schedule was going to lighten up and that LSU would be facing mid week starters the first days of the SEC tournament.
That said, LSU is playing their best baseball of the season.

When you’re 17-5 over your last 22 games vs SEC teams, you definitely are one of the top 16 teams in the country.
