I was in Eugene OR the day of their game with Washington.
Walked around campus and got lots of “Go Tigers.”
Lots of “hey that guy’s wearing an LSU hat!” Haha.

My ex wife's grandfather who lived in rural Southern Indiana was a LSU fan. The only connection he had with LSU is back on the day he used to be able to pick up the radio signal for LSU games on Saturday nights. He told me he listened to many LSU games over the years.

Hey, I paid for my education by working nights and weekends along with a partial scholarship. I have earned the right to wear my LSU gear anytime I choose!!

I get either compliments about LSU, people telling me they love our team, or a “Geaux Tigers” literally anywhere in the world I travel. Happens all the time. Feels good to be part of a brand that even people outside of our circle like and respect.

I was invited to attend a Nebraska home game last season. I wore my Tiger gear and a lady came up to me outside the stadium offering to trade Scott Frost for coach O.

I was wearing my Tigers hat in San Antonio yesterday.I saw two other people wearing purple and gold. I also got a lot of hard looks from Texas A&M people

I always say GEAUX TIGERS when seeing others out and about.

A few years ago, while the fam and I were in Paris, I was wearing an LSU golf shirt and a Parisian yelled “LSU!” to me while walking past the cafe he was chillin at. I stopped and started a conversation with him, giddy he recognized my shirt. Said he met some people from South Louisiana a few years prior who were also LSU fans and became a supporter bc of them. Such a cool experience. We have a worldwide reach and it makes me proud.

In France this past week and my daughter was wearing her LSU hoodie (can't peel it off her...) and we got a few Geaux Tigers.

Or you could just shut the hell up. I hope you tell me that to my face one day . . .

I do it all of the time. I remember my first day in Europe in 1996 I had just checked in to my hotel in London and was wearing my LSU sweatshirt I had worn on the plane. I immediately got to high five someone in an LSU shirt going in the opposite direction on the escalator.

14 of us traveled to Arkansas game, but stayed in Branson 4 days prior to the game. All wore LSU gear the entire time, we were like celebrities, everyone had a comment or stopped us to talk. Great feeling!
