We sub too much on offense

Put play calling and Daniels aside for a sec. We do NHL line changes with WRs and RBs throughout each series. Feels like no one can ever build a rhythm or get in the flow of the game. This is aside from personnel changes with certain packages, two TEs vs one etc. We will run 3 plays at times and use a different set of RBs and WRs each individual play.

It's crazy b/c 2019 should have taught everyone that having a personnel group you can rely on and spam makes defenses melt down

I agree. The rotate the WR group nearly every play. I get you want to keep everyone happy and engaged but it's not good offense.
Also frequent substitutions like that are a good way to tip plays.
