I’ll admit that I was melting a little bit during that first half.
. I’m pretty sure I posted something along the lines of it being an embarrassment to the football program. But if we’re being honest, it was pretty embarrassing to be trailing Northwestern at any point and seeing a first half score that close. I never thought it would be close at the end and was just pissed off that the defense looked like complete garbage in the first half. Emotional roller coaster because by the end of the game I was still in awe of how efficient we are on offense when we get rolling.

Enough talent on D so I’m confident they improve. If ya offense scores almost at will then Aranda is probably thinking he can play soft at times and avoid the big plays. Tighten up n the RZ and all that. Implementing more zone is key against certain QBs especially if tney are loaded with 1st round talent at Wr. Some growing pains will take place early. I hope this is the issue. Because talent wise our D should be top 10’ish. With this offense a top 20 D and we could still win 10-11 gsmes

Try not to drop the toaster in your bath just yet and maybe watch the entire game first?
