If both QB's continue to improve in the two QB system, Les would be crazy to mess with it.

I am sick and tired of this soccer Mom coddling of JJ by Miles. JJ has had a really really poor season. JJ's body language and reaction is an "all about me" attitude, and I think even his team mates are getting tired of it. I think JJ is delusional that he is Pro material, and He is as close to that as each one of us ranters are.

This is a harsh statement...but one I can't dispute.

Shep would be better for the Role we have JJ filling. Another reciever would probably be better than Shep. Both problems solved!
been saying this for two damn years...Shep should get EVERY snap that JJ was getting...JJ had his chance he didnt do anything with it...and his comments disgust me..."I'm 10-4 as a starter what more do you want?" or "yeah I think I played pretty good" throwing under 100 yds and 2 picks...sick of it all. He should be treated like everyone else...
and if JJ wants to turn into a cancer, then cut his arse loose...it hurts the team more if they see a head coach playing favorites or treating someone differently then they would get treated....
thats detrimental...Miles hurts the team more by what he is doing.

The reason is evident if you study the history of the players. Les Miles does not want to turn the keys to a great team over to a quarterback who has two games of solid play and about 8 games of questionable play on his resume. If JL continues to play soundly and the situation makes it necessary Les Miles will start and play JL. Miles is a good and patient man. Always has been and always will be. His problem is most folks aren't patient.

JJ hasn't been playing well, but when JJ is at his best, he can move this team
coach may well indeed have needed to bring Lee back slowly. However, JJ has not hardly moved the team this year. I can recall one td drive. i can remember the team looking good quite a few times until they crossed midfield and then they just stopped.
JJ''s biggest problem, imo, is that he can't hit the short passes with good timing or accuracy. this takes a lot out of the offense. you need those to open up the qb runs.

He does have a great track record of moving the offense to the sidelines and the defense on to the field. Can't argue that.
Now if we could just get him to move the score board for our team, we may have something.

The problem with don't mess with it cause it is working, you have to look at WILL it continue to work. Why do you change the oil in your car. It is working so why change it. Do we wait for it not to work and lose a game before we change. If we continue with JJ getting most of the reps then this will happen. I would like to see Lee be primary QB and JJ have certain packages. JJ played 75% of the game against florida. Played well in certain packages.

"I'm convinced that Jordan Jefferson has photos of Les Miles sodomizing a goat with the arm of a baby he murdered."

i think you are absolutely correct that there are other factors in play that is influenceing the amt of pt of jj. you guess is as good as mine as to what they are. my guess is that they are still bringing jl along and at a slower pace than the fans want. why so slow? maybe jl's reaction to his '08 season led them to believe that is the best course of action. the second part of my guess is that jj is close; close to "getting it". maybe he is much better in practice and they want him to play in situations that will aid his development. i am 100% positive that miles hears and knows the fan bases objections to his strategy. i am alos 100% certain that he is doing things the way he thinks is the right way. hell, that's what we pay him for. i can't remember who quoted this but it is often true...."things are not always as they appear".
