Miles claims that saying the team "came in second" sounds more pallatable than saying the team lost. I personally think it sounds like a cop out, but if it makes other people feel better then so be it. In the end, isn't his job to convince you that he's a good coach?

If I were getting paid $4 million a year, I would say that we got a frowny face today, but tomorrow we're hoping for the rainbow sticker if it made me look more competent.

The pass attempt was a good call. Jefferson has QB'ed enough games now to KNOW that he can NOT take that sack, especially considering how much time he had in the pocket.
