And every official should have mandatory CFE (continuing football education) classes in order to remain an official. For example, attorneys are required to take so many hours of CLE (continuing legal education) as are accountants, doctors, nurses, etc.

They should be made to review calls made in previous seasons and discuss why or why not it was a good, bad or no call.

There is too much inconsistency.

BS! Not according to what they consider targeting/leading with the crown of the helmet/hitting above the shoulders/defenseless player. They are inconsistent in how they call this penalty. That's the main issue here. Stop being obtuse.

Joe was in pursuit and made him self eligible to be blocked and knocked the f$#k out.
Was he targeted? Yes! Was the hit to the head? No! Was the play legal? Yes. Did Joe wake up and beat their arse after it? Yes.
