What's the minimum speed required for streaming through a VPN / Internet TV platform?

Get a quality VPN and reroute your IP through a US server. Then attempt to log into WatchESPN with valid credentials.
For me, free VPNs didn't cut it. Had to pay for a good one.

I kind of like watching live LSU sports as soon as I wake up. It makes sleeping the night before more fun.
Day games are the middle of the night here, so I'm all for night games.
