I keep getting a error code that says
Unable to play video. 0066: No account returned from UDPA
Any idea how to fix this? It only does it on certain programming not everything. This is a new Roku smart tv. What is crazy is when I first bought it I had no issue. This has been happening just the last 2 weeks or so. I have called directv they weren't any help. I have reset my wireless network. I even did a hard factory reset and redid everything on the TV and it is still doing it.

That’s happened to me before. Log off the account and get a new verification code. Enter that new code and it should work

Had this problem yesterday. What I did:

I am not even signed into my directv account on my tv. I just did a hard reset of everything on the tv and started from scratch and it is doing the same as before. something on watchespn i can watch, others I can't.

It works fine on my phone and using chromecast to put on my tv in my livingroom. But my other tv will only show certain stuff. I can get ND baseball game, the heat game in spanish but not other stuff.

How are you using chrome cast? My WatchESPN app doesn’t have the button to sling it to my tv via chrome cast

I have the game on the watchespn app on my phone and I am casting it to my tv in the livingroom. When you open the app and bring up the game there is a little box in the upper right corner. Click on that and it cast to the chromecast that is plugged into your tv.

Same here. You have to go to the Espn app and click the middle “watch” button
