I've heard.
Who has said Nuss is better? I don't think he's better but I also don't think Nuss is deserving of the lashing he's taking tonight.

I sat right behind the LSU bench. Nussmeier looked pissed that he couldn’t get out there and play. I think our fans need to cut the man some slack because we don’t know what we don’t know. Sure looked like to me the kid wanted in that ballgame. I’m wondering if our HC made the decision for him to take the RS.

He’s the 6th rated QB in the 2023 class according to 247. That’s not a knock on him, but let’s stop just making shite up to fit the narrative.
And as I said in another thread, if Howard struggles at all when he does play, you miserable motherfrickers will turn on him in a second, just like you did his dad and Josh Booty when they were labeled as the saviors at QB and struggled.

Honestly, I have no idea. Walker is not a huge kid. He and Nuss are the exact same size with similar arm strength. You just never know.

Ahhh, sanity. Good post and completely agree. It was a lousy position for Nussmeir to be in. 24/7 mod stated at one time Kelly didn't want Nuss to play. Good enough for me. Just glad the scoreboard is closed and most of the lunacy won't see the light of day.

OP, my son’s football team played WH in the semis this year. He’s an absolutely terrific football player, but he threw 2 picks (including a pick 6) fumbled a ball, and held the ball in the pocket too long several times during the game. He’s human. Please stop putting unrealistic expectations on an 18 year old kid.
