re: Vegas ticket downloading problem….

It was a ridiculous process but I figured it out based on reading this thread. Thanks everyone. Took just over 20 minutes.

Step 1: Create a Ticketmaster account via their app with email address that matches the one on your LSU season ticket holder account. (I do not use Ticketmaster so had to do this step)

edited to add: There were no tickets at all in ticketmaster app after step 1

Step 2: Create a Raiders account with their app with the same email address.

Step 3: In the Raiders app, load the tickets under My Tickets. Note: This step did NOT work for me until I also had a Ticketmaster account as done in step 1.

Step 4: Download the tickets to Google Wallet (or whatever it is iphones have)

Also, the tickets have some sort of dynamic barcode for scanning that it says "changes often"

I will never get tickets again to a destination game like this….i have a bunch of people meeting me in Vegas for the game and my tickets are stuck in the raiders app…. Even with LSU ‘s help we cannot get them to download into my apple wallet…

I also had this problem. My spouses phone is newer and the Apple wallet link popped up when I logged in to the newer phone.

Yep I’ve been talking to my TAF contact, says they are working on it. Ridiculous

A friend of mine who is much more computer literate than I am came over tonight and got them for me. It took her a little while but I canceled my plans to call the ticket office Monday morning to curse them out.

I had the same issue and tried to contact them, but never got a response. In my case, there was no button to "add to wallet" on my iphone. After some google research I learned that if you turn your phone horizontal, the wallet button appears. Have no idea how/why it works like this, but solved the problem in my case. Good luck!
