Usually people on the east coast dont see USC games. And now they wont see LSU.
Respectfully disagree. Living in NY we get just as many USC games as we do Florida and Texas games.
Plus, a night game allows those of us with wives that wouldn't ever consider delaying a social event to catch the start of the game ~10:30.

Every west coast football fan and every sports expert says that people on the east coast dont watch as many west coast games due to time. And im gonna agree with them because Im pretty confident you get more viewers from 7-10 than 10-1. This is generally accepted for all west coast sports.

Team will not not get back until mid morning Sunday with an SEC game up next.
Lets see, getting back mid morning sober off an airplane.
OR
Getting back mid morning loaded and screwing coeds til dawn if a home opener.
Does it really matter?

The team is actually staying overnight Saturday. News article (sorry no link) mentioned we were prepping for Vandy early because we lost a normal Sunday game prep day.

Seriously, your wife needs to be re-educated and re-trained, if you are ever to claim LSU fan status.

I think it's great and that there should be more games like it.
When was this game scheduled? I imagine at the time Washington was a bit more formidable as they have a pretty good football tradition.
They'll be here in 2012 BECAUSE Emmert is there.
Gets us more juice than playing Western Illinois at home for sure. I think it's a good thing.

The West coast will get to watch the Tigers kicking arse in prime time. Maybe they will see something they like and be more interested in LSU. I am sure a strong showing by LSU fans can't hurt.
