If they keep having succcess, their crowds will get even better. Probably not to SEC attendance levels, but they'll draw. You gotta start somewhere.

a lotta people just don't understand that in the early 80s you had 37 people in the stands for a midweek game against Illinois-Chicago Circle ... over 10,000 tix have been sold for Bingamton next week ..

I'll split the difference here. On the one hand, I'm glad to see that college baseball in general is gaining in popularity.
On the other hand, Virginia fans have been talking some smack this year. Until they put some skins on the wall, they need to stfu.

... not just funny, freakin' hilarious!!!... we get more than that for Batting Practice and Intrasquads... and the way their fans' shoot their mouths off, have been shooting their mouths off all season, even after we kicked their asses last year, you would think they have a big fan base like us... hell, we have more fans in our NEIGHBORHOOD than that!!...
