I don't know of it's accurate to frame the issue in terms of "what he deserves?" Rather, it's for LSU to decide in light of their self-imposed rules.
Since we don't know how much TM7 has violated, it's hard for us to say 'give'em another chance." But I for one would love to have him back!

If alleva rules him out, and assuming he failed 3 tests, how is that following the schools policy?

As I understand it, he has 3 years to play 2 in eligibility. Would come back as a junior, if he waits out and comes back next year.

Good point Doc. It would seem very inconsistent for Alleva to suspend him "based on the rules" but disallow him to return 'contrary to the rules."
This would leave Les in a pickle, i.e., if TM7 wanted to sit-out & return but the Admin disallowed it.
