Calloway, a New Orleans native, played the last two seasons at UNO and earned first team All-Southland honors in 2025. He had a strong senior season as both a hitter and a pitcher, leading the Privateers in several major statistical categories.

A staple in UNO’s lineup at first base, Calloway posted a .390 batting average on the season. He led the team in home runs with 18 in 54 games while leading in both runs scored and RBIs with 63 each.
Calloway was a true two-way contributor having served as a key piece in UNO’s bullpen. He was mainly called upon in late innings and served as the primary closer with a team-high 11 saves.
