You do realize that when LSU players fail to perform as they should, it's ALL ABOUT OUR STAFF NOT COACHING THEM UP.

Says who?

You must be new to the Rant. Crap like this has been posted all year long, blaming the coaching staff when players don't execute.

Going over the game film with the team is the place for those things, not in media interviews. It is totally Sabanesque-classless and always blame somebody else.

In this game he once again was burned for big plays in the secondary-his specialty. But it was that play he points to.

Great point. All game I was reminding everyone around me who their DB coach was. Interestingly, most of his should-have-won losses at LSU were breakdowns in the defensive backfield.

But I digress-we all know what a genius the man is.

This is the main reason I like Miles, he doesn't say stuff like this.

Are you kidding???

Miles has straight up thrown Jarrett Lee under the bus in the past and early this year. He has thrown his receivers under the bus as well.

I don't see anything wrong with what Saban said.

Part of being a coach is also being a teacher. Saban demands perfection.

Agreed. But I don't think talking to the press in a post game press conference is really a "teaching moment." While I don't think it's throwing a a player under the bus (simply saying they needed to keep weak side contain), but as someone else said, Saban never takes the blame.

Also, if you demand the unattainable, aren't you kind of a jackass idiot?

And the usual "media hasn't helped us focus properly this year" comments after the game...

No way, the executive producer of Gamechanger did not say that. No way?

EVERY time he says his team was not prepared to make a play HE is taking the blame.

Under the bus......

You people are fu cking crazy. When a coach tells exactly what happens you whine that he threw a player or coach under the bus. When he uses coachspeak and doesn't tell anything you accuse him of being stupid or hiding the truth.

What a bunch of nit-picking titty babies all of you are.
