Yes, it is "genius" because they both are beasts in their own right..."they don't give a frick" or whatever stupid internet meme you guys are trying to start, sure.

A nickname should be something "catchy", easy to remember, say, know what it means. It shouldn't be some obscure animal that people have to look up to see why it fits Tyrann. And to hate on people because they don't know the tendencies a fricking honey badger is retarded. We're not all wildlife experts.

T-Rex fits, mainly because it goes with his name AND describes his attitude. Honey Badger is an awful sounding name, instills 0 fear into the opponent, and again...is an awful sounding name.

You guys need to stop trying to be different and coin the "next big thing". It's an awful name, get over it.
