Na but really, I like to give the ULL fans shite for their inferiority complex towards LSU. It mainly stems from baseball and it's fun to stir the pot with those fools

Well, you got it wrong on two counts but I understand the confusion. Its University of Louisiana AT Lafayette or AT Monroe, doesn't make you stupid, though, an easy mistake to make. Secondly, the use of UL or UL Lafayette were the preferred shorthand names as stated by the university and not ULL (honestly not sure how they can really control that). I am in the habit of calling it UL after a great many missteps when transitioning from USL.
There you have it. I don't think I'm stupid but I suspect stupid people rarely do, so who knows. I think we just need to stop being disrespectful to any of the state universities. LSU and its fans, in particular, have no cause to be disrespectful. I preach this sa me message to ULL (look, I put 2 L's)fans. LSU is the flagship University of this state and rightfully so!

The only men's sport where we ever come close to competing with LSU, though usually not (I guess basketball right now, too but that won't last). I am actually much more of a Tiger fan than a Cajun fan.
