False- The regular season was defined by the major wins (UGa, UM, MooU, AU) and exceeding the low expectations of the experts. 9-3 is still a good record against that schedule.

OR

True: It was a season of missed opportunities epitomized by the missed opportunities vs aTm and failing to finish strong to achieve a tangible goal of 10 regular season wins.

I'm going with False. The football gods giveth and the football gods taketh away but, at some point, Orgeron has to lead the team to win these milepost games instead of
letting games like 16 U, 17 ND and 18 aTm slip away.

False
Did you think we would have a chance at 10 wins prior to the season.

this was a bitter, bitter (did I say bitter) loss, to paraphrase Tommy Boy, it's gonna leave a mark

can it be overcome? yes; some of the recruits coming in may have a say in that as soon as next year

That game was some flukey a$$ BS.

I watched the clocking down again and that second should have never been put back. I watched it in real time and by the time the ball hits the ground the clock is on :00.

There is no way a clock operator can stop a clock that fast in real time.

Game should have been over and never even replayed. Going to replay is artificially influencing the natural conclusion of a game.

Didn’t define the regular season but went from what could have been a great season to just a good season if we win our bowl game.

We could and possibly should have won that game but this season has been amazing. It’s been a breath of fresh air from the past 5 or 6 years. Even looking better for future years, which is exciting stuff.

If one believes we are better than A&M and Florida - and I assume most of you do - then one also must admit that we missed a golden opportunity this season.

Preseason expectations be damned, we let inferior teams keep us from playoff contention.
