re: Trindon to run inside more this year?

Trindon and Shepard running a zone read would make opposing DCs shart themselves, but I still want to see a triple option look with Trindon at the pitch back, or as a reverse option guy. I'm no 'the option is the truth' type of guy, but the thought of a powerback like Scott combined with a speedster like Trindon could make women moist.

running inside is not a good idea, Crowton has tried this before
and failed bad, you wanna hand it off to him going away from the defense, you know like Fla does with their fast, speedy backs, it's called msdirection plays, get him isolated, don't know why he can't see this by now.
check that, just read your article and maybe that's what he means by running inside like Fla, but it's really more misdirection than inside. You wanna get the OLineman blocking one way and Holliday being patient until the hole opens and he basically runs the other way, if they do it like that he can take off on some serious long runs, hope they do.

Just that when he does go in, I see an opportunity for success if we can get the defense spread out ala Florida last year.

They need to do SOMETHING besides just giving it to him outside. Like Crowton said, teams easily adjusted to that.
Same with video games. When people play that crap with harvin at QB, all you do is adjust to it, and its easily stopped.

but they could never stop Harvin?

Trindon is simply about 20 pounds (at least) too light, Harvin and company are heavier than Trindon.

TH needs to get the ball in space. Not run between the tackles.
