Transferring LSU tickets Question

I purchased two tickets for the USC game from a friend who is a long time LSU season ticket holder. Just curious, when or how soon before the game, does LSUSports.net site let you "transfer" the tickets to someone else. The two tickets show up in his account but when trying to transfer those tickets it states "you have no tickets that are transferrable." I know it is still 48 days till the game but I would like to get the tickets transferred to my email address/cell number so I can get in the game.
Anyone have any insight to the above? Much appreciated.

For FSU we didn’t get them until mid July.
For Bama last year I got them late July.
It’s less about LSU, and more about the host group.

Should happen by early august…It should happen when you pay for them but LSU moves in slow motion…when Covid hit and the baseball season was canceled they didn’t credit your bank account untill the day the game was supposed to be played….it took over 2 months to get your money back and about 24 game credits

I ordered some SEC baseball tourny tickets for a friend though my acct and they came about a week before the tourny started.

I can’t understand why LSU takes so long to release tickets that u have already paid for….
