You guys do realize that these transcripts are full of mistakes? They type down what they can and post it, it's not proofread.

Lets be honest, does it really matter?

I've heard Les speak and it often matches exactly to the transcripts.

Wait a minute. Isn't CLM the world's greatest recruiter? Doesn't he just fill the void with his all-world recruits? It doesn't add up.

Q. On the time-outs, are you the only guy on the sidelines that can physically call a time-out?

COACH MILES: No -- yeah, yeah, virtually. I'm the only guy.

Q. And that's kind of your rule?

COACH MILES: Absolutely. No, it's a conference rule. The guy that calls -- the player on the field can call a time-out, any and all, but the coach on the sideline, it's my responsibility.

Holy. shite.

I'm sorry, but the way someone talks, like the way someone writes, is a reflection of their mind.

At some point you have to stop making excuses for how someone performs in their job, I think we are at that point.

Can Les do better? yes, Should he be given the opportunity to do better? absolutely yes

Will he do better? That is a question only Les can answer- He says he will- but many of us are doubting Thomas's because he has told us multiple times the problem will be fixed and it has not been done.

Miles also said he thought he mismanaged the timeout situation at the end of the game when Ole Miss placekicker Andrew Ritter hit a 41-yard field goal with two seconds remaining to win the game. He said his original plan was to call a timeout sooner and leave more time on the clock, but he didn't.

Obviously, CLM has not learned his lesson from past years and our AD gives him a pay raise for a loss to Clemson last year for this type of ignorance! Hell he sits players for fumbles, but I think someone needs to sit Miles for not learning from his consistent mistakes from the past which continue to haunt this team as well as produce empty seats in the near future.
