And that "hit the cable" excuse is pretty lame. If anything, hitting the cable would've caused the ball to fall short, not long.

I don't feel sorry for some of those Bama fans who can't accept defeat. I have followed LSU FB since 1957. I have sat many of time at home and had season tickets for a long time watching Bama beat us many times in different ways and wondered if we would ever get a break from refs who at one time never had replay. Then replay came and sometimes the truth hurts.
