Devin White should declare for the draft this year, because next year's class will be loaded with top notch Quarterbacks and WRs. He will be the top LB in the 2020 draft, similar to this year, but could be selected at a lower position in 2020.

So last year, the #1 pick, Rosen, signed a rookie deal for $ 17M & the 11th, $ 9.7M. That is a 4 year contract with a 5th year option. With the increases cap in 2019, # 11 is probably worth $ 11M. While the signing bonus is negotiable, doubt the difference between 11 & 5 or 6 is really worth the risk.
F he gets a Lords of London policy for $ 12M, it is something to think about, but really difficult collecting the full amount in those claims.
Would love be to see him back, but think he really should move on. Could be a huge piece in next year’s D & take care of “unfinished” business. Beat Bama
