So by this logic Oregon would dominate the hell out of Alabama right?
Do you feel like oregon is more talented than alabama? If so then yes, that logic would mean oregon would dominate alabama

Florida beat us "physically" for two reasons :
1) scheme---Florida added an extra O lineman in the second half. We did not adjust to that during the two TD drives. Until that time we stuffed their running game
2) time of possession ---in the second half(and most of the first) we did little offensively to help out the D. We did not sustain drives. As such the D play 2/3-3/4 of the second half. Despite that, we only lost by 8
To say Florida is physically superior to us( from a personnel standpoint) is crazy. Their second half dominance had nothing to do with physical talent. Alabama is also not physically superior to us. I think for the most part 3-4 teams I. The SEC are equal to each other in physical talent. I assure you that CNS is very worried about this game and is not very confident. He will throw short passes early , with a mixed in shot or two down the field , in the first half. If they do not create a cushion for bama on the scoreboard he will tighten up like he did last year and 2010. Tigers will win this game bc they will press receivers early in the game( like they did to A and M from the second quarter on) and decrease AJ's windows. We will score because we have a better match up this year relative to our I line and backs v their D line and LB's. I see a lot of outside runs and passes to backs for nice gains to sustain drives.

No, your logic was that beating on teams decisively no matter how weak shows your strength as a team. So a weaker schedule is not relevant.
Oregon has defeated their opponents much more decisively than Alabama. You can't prove you are the best by beating on scrubs.

No, my logic was that your opponents aren't the ones determining how good a football team is. If the falcons played in the WAC they would be the best team in the country with a laughable schedule. My point was that saying "alabama hasn't played anyone" doesn't make them any less talented as a team.
