Anyone have an update? Believe he was a 4 star and really fast.

He’s part of a deep safety group. Could be a starter, could just be playing special teams. It will all get sorted out in fall camp

I see him getting pt at slot this year. If fulton is eligible that’ll push Kary to slot though. Kelvin Joseph, Eric Monroe and Jacoby Stevens all will play in the secondary.

I always pegged him as a dominant slot guy. He could be so versatile in this defense. He’s long and lean but will lay you out with a quickness. Kid is really strong for his size

He’s working hard this summer and will get PT. IMO he is best suited for that hybrid S/Nickel as he can support the run and cover as well as anyone.

He was rated around 96. 4.5 speed who can play Corner or S. I believe he was the 11th ranked S n the country. Solid offers from LSU Tenn Uga Bama ND Michigan etc. Imo he is perfect for the Nickel role. Probably more talented then Jacoby Stevens

Coaches last year raved about Harris. He played more often and is higher on the depth chart. That could change and Jacoby was moved around which set him back some. But that can be looked at a few different ways. If Stevens was that good they wouldn’t have moved him so quick. If I were betting I’d put $ on Harris playing more in secondary than Stevens.

Yea I believe they moved Stephens when they realized how good Harris was when he got to campus. We were hurting at WR so they moved Jacoby since Harris was ready Incase someone in the secondary went down

He’s athletic and has solid hands. I don’t know if he has 4.5 speed like Harris but He is talented. Once Battle & Paris leave He will have a shot to crack the 2 deep his junior season. Wander if Joseph moves to S once Stingley arrives

I saw him a few times at plaq high and the kid can fly and has great instincts. Don’t know about 4.5 but my buddy was a coach over there and said he’s close to that easily.
