There was time and time again that this happened. Some of our players have zero forward thinking and simply let others make the play instead of making it themselves.
They will also follow other players to a spot instead of working with that player to take another spot on the field so cut backs won't work. This is what Bama does so damn well. They play as a team. They're aware of what the other guy is doing and does his job instead of doing the same job the other player is doing. That's what our 2011 team did as well. They were very football aware football players and I can't say how important this is to a football team and I wish our LSU staff would put more stock into this type of player.
Get the instinctive players instead of the super athletic players thinking that you can teach those instincts bc you can't. Hard working, leadership, awareness then athletic ability and measurables. Get the best mix of this type of player you can find and we will be back in the playoffs. Look at what type of weapon little LF is, look at what type of weapon Moreau is, look at what type of weapon Tory Carter can be. All these guys have the type of traits I'm talking about.
Coaches need to give others chances man. Little Fournette looks like a damn football player to me. He should have been playing much more unless they were RS him. I mean he looks like a weapon we could have used against Florida for sure.

Gosh that was really bad. Also, looking at d white and Phillips chilling on the 10 yard line is very frustrating

I think he was afraid of causing a tipped ball easy catch for AM. Still got to tip if you can, odds in your favor

LSU DBs seemed like they had alligator arms all night. Balls would hang up in the air like a frisbee and A&M would come down with him

The question is.. How the eff does A&M get a 10 second run off and 20 minutes to devise/line up for their next play, when they would've been down to 12 seconds or so on the snap had it not been an interception.
Then the bullshite spot that wasn't reviewed or even discussed.
The catch with 10 yards afterwards that was stripped and recovered but ruled an incompletion.
Taunting. False start.
The list goes on and on. This game was a complete travesty. The refs, replay officials, line judges, and anyone else should be fired and then sent to Gitmo.
Also.. the rules don't make any freaking sense when Rogers can be laying on the ground and catch the ball but as soon as Mond touches the ball with his knee down it's down.. Why when Rogers is down and his fingertips touch the ball is he not down meaning he never had possession? Or more reasonably.. shouldn't Mond have to have fricking control of the ball while down to be down, otherwise it's a loose fricking ball.
