Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,
On Friday, we will release the report by Husch Blackwell on LSU’s handling of sexual assault and violence cases, as well as the firm’s analysis of our Title IX policies and procedures.
The report will be published on our website, LINK , as representatives from Husch Blackwell deliver a report about its findings to the LSU Board of Supervisors as part of the board’s 10 a.m. meeting at the Lod Cook Alumni Center. The meeting is open to the public, but capacity will be limited due to COVID protocols and room capacity restrictions. However, the meeting will also be available to watch via a livestream at www.lsu.edu/bos for everyone who wishes to attend virtually.
We look forward to sharing the report findings with you on Friday, and I will certainly have more to share with you regarding our response to the findings and how we plan to ensure a safer and more supportive LSU for everyone as we move forward.

My guess is those findings will be air tight until the Friday meeting.
