Alabama is an entity in itself and when you put someone like Saban at the helm then you get what you are seeing right now at Alabama.

He's not better it is just that he is now with Alabama. I am not saying that in a critical way but it is the truth.

 :rotflmao:

A tad bit presumptuous before you win the next six titles.

Is it time to panic no. Because Les Miles will be forced out in 2012.

Alabama is an abortion, not an entity. You were an entity when the Bear was here....thanks to his illegal recruiting which was legal in the SEC when it came to Alabama. The Bear is dead, a fact that many Gumps refuse to believe. You lost to UTAH last year with Saban as coach....surely a miracle worker wouldnt let that happen, nor a loss to ULM, no matter WHAT kind of talent you have. Yeah, you're having fun, enjoy it, but if you think that you will win NCS every year, it proves the dysfunction of your fanbase. Which, if you ask ANYONE in the SEC other than those wearing abortion red, they will tell you this. Maybe that's a main reason why Bama and Choklahoma fans get along so well. You havent won jack shite since 1992....You have a history, but that does not automatically translate to the future. An entity...that's a joke in itself.

I hope that the SEC goes 9-1 in Bowl games this year, showing just how strong this conference is....and a Texas victory in Pasadena wouldn't even tarnish that bowl record...or the strength of the SEC....

So with that said, the PERFECT postseason will be 9 schools happy with Bama kicked to the curb.

Geaux Texas! Hook 'em Horns! and Happy Holidays to all!

How far down the drain will the program be in 2 more complete seasons under Less? Its not time to panic, but its also not time to be paralyzed by mediocrity.

I just think it will take 2-3 years from now of mediocrity. Before Miles is let go.

Yes LSU is in great shape, just ignore the clock management, poor line play, overall sloppiness, and struggles with LaTech, MooState, Washington, Vandy...

Miles has had his problems, but can still finish in top 10, which is not mediocrity. Anyone who suggests that a top 10 finish is mediocrity is a clown, plain and simple.

85 scholarship limit and a very competitive league will prevent one team from dominating any conference.

I seriously thought USC would win two or three more since 2004. They haven't. OSU had a couple more shots and lost. Florida really surprised me in 2006. And they came to play in 2008. 2007 was a rebuilding year and they lost the last game in 2009. Texas gets a shot this year, just as OU got a shot last year.

It will come and go in cycles.
