U want to drug test for smoking the herb? I get tops and good grades and I smoke after test. That is insane, don't tell me what I can/can't do w a plant. Time to legalize it so our athletes can smoke in peace.

TOPS, Law School, everyone that receives a scholarship.
Looks like some responders have missed your sarcasm (or at least I hope it was sarcasm). I agree with you. Other than drugs that enhance athletic performance but also cause health problems, there is no more reason to drug test athletes than any other students, scholarship or not.
The NCAA or a school's athletic department should confine themselves to regulating athletic competition, not trying to impose social mores on a select group of students simply because they play sports.
