Is there a positive board I can read? I make my own mind about people and bashing broadcasters isn't what I choose to do. Negative posts, I think, are still rooted in jealousy. Sure, there are people I like to listen to and those I don't but there is no need to form negative opinions about them. The posters in this thread imply they are better than Brando by innuendo. I'll bet he doesn't care too much as his career no doubt has surpassed what you do. It's easy to bash people you don't know. No, I am not Tim but I have known him and his family for years. Y'all are off base.

I find it perfectly alright to not care for Tim Brando without the cause being jealousy. Using your logic, those of us that didn't play college sports or professional sports can't possibly say something negative about those that do, because after all, they are better than we are.

I don't like Tim.

He has a radio show, he's on national television and I don't. But, I also don't go to said airways and talk about the reason LSU fans go to baseball games and not basketball games is because of race. Hey Tim, when I was a student at LSU, we waited in line for hours to see a basketball game, while baseball could expect 100 or so fans at their games. Yea, that was 6 baseball national championships ago and the basketball team was making runs at final fours. And Tim, even though the football players wear helmets, we still know that a large number of them are black.
