Yes...

The current stadium has a total of maybe 40 year left in it until it will have to be rebuild.

So there will come a time for a new stadium someday anyway.

It also should be build in the same style as the orginal.

No.
There's plenty of ways to up date it, convert the dorm rooms to hotel rooms, etc...but replace Tiger Stadium...no thanks.

Renovate the dorms, they look awful.

Do something about the concourse areas, like nicer restrooms maybe!

Make the entire outside of the stadium consistent with the arches and Colosseum look.

Im sure the Yankee fans werent excited about the new stadium but now when they compare the two, the old one was shitty...

Cant say much for the new one either..anyplace the Yanks call home, will forever be a POS in my mind...

Also Alex Box is a the same example...Im forever going to miss the old Box.

Anyway with that being said...I will lay down in front the first bulldozer on site if they try to level my Saturday sanctuary. Like everyone else said, Gut it and what not. But dont make a new one. AND NOOOO FIELD TURF. GRASS ALL THE WAY.

One of the biggest things IMO is the location. I couldn't imagine it not being right next to the PMAC and Mike's home. So IDK how it could ever be rebuilt without being moved to a shittier place. Also would that require us to give it a shitty sponsor name before Tiger Stadium or Death Valley?

I agree. They really did a lot to help Ohio Stadium in it's renovation.

I'd normally agree, but I'm somewhat undecided. The new field sure looks nice...

TBH, I'd be just as happy with a new stadium being at the river's edge. For a school next to the biggest river in the United States, LSU has virtually NO river front presence.

And that's a crock. But there's always the future, and I'm proud that LSU planned ahead by giving itself plenty of room to grow!

bowl in e&w upperdeck to give 150000+ on hand.

but if someone gave that much $ it would no longer be called Tiger Stadium but "whoever gave the buttload of $ Stadium"

therefore i vote Nay
