There is no doubt that playing a game against McNeese will lead to less people showing up.

Ida, the loss to UCLA, it being McNeese and Covid protocols will all play a part in why less people will be in the stands. It's not any one particular thing, but it is all of them combined.

If we weren't still evacuated, I'd love to take my 2 boys(2 and 3) to their first tiger game. I'm sure there are some families who would love to take their young kids to the game, this is a perfect game for that to warm them up to it.

I know a guy with 12 tickets and 8 of them are going unused for exactly that reason. I couldn't imagine the level of delusion necessary to think the requirements won't have a major effect on this game's attendance.

People will ignore stuff like COVID regulations and other inconveniences if they’re winning. When you lose and lose like LSU did last week, all of the inconveniences like traffic, parking, heat, shitty concessions, bullshite COVID regulations mean more and take away incentive to come to the game.
If you don’t think COVID bullshite is going to hurt the crowd after last week, you’re either dumb or intellectually dishonest. And it will magnify if this team continues to play like it did last week and last year.
