I think one of these things is liable to happen Saturday.

The team will come out fired up and pissed I think. Mad at the world, the media, fans etc. They'll want to defend their coach and pride.

If we jump on them, I think emotion will just take over and we win in a rout.

However, if something bad goes wrong early, I think that emotion will have the negative effect. All the doubt will come crashing down and Arkansas will walk to a win.

Ugly - thy name will continue to be LSU in that scenario.

But then, what do I know. We're liable to lose 3-2 or 11-10.

Yeah we will either see a team come out and fight in spite of their coaches, Or we'll see the team quit on the coaches.

I have ZERO.

I could care less about this game.

I will by Thursday though.

Scenario "B" would be what we saw last year. What would indicate we do differently against a BETTER Arkansas team?

I doubt they want to defend their coach.

Why defend him? He single-handedly cost them the game.

If they want to do it for themselves then that's one thing, but they shouldn't feel the need to defend Miles' idiocy.

the players have to know at this point their coach is a clown. it will become even more obvious when they see the job Petrino will be doing Saturday night.

All I know is, if Crowton can't figure out how to move the ball on that defense, he should be fired before he gets back to the locker room.

We've been stinking up Nov. for the last two years.

After Saturday's cluster frick, my confidence in LSU to close out a competitive game has been severl diminished.
Will LSU players have any fight left or will we fans be forced to watch yet another season end horribly??

The absolute most points scored by your offense this entire season is 42 against Tulane. A team that stands 3-8 at the present time and has had 37 points scored on them by mighty Tulsa, 54 by BYU, 43 by Southern Miss, and 49 by UCF, just to name a few.

Tulane's defense is ranked 103 out 120 teams in total defense Nationally, and given up a whopping 54 TD's to opposing offenses.

While our defense is not ranked much better at 95th, we have only allowed 33 TD's to our opponents (that's an "average" of 3 TD's per contest, or in other words 21 PPG).

With the schedule we have played that's not really all that bad and if we can hold your LSU Tigers to 21 points (you're averaging 24.82 PPG)and even get close to what we're averaging on offense(38 PPG)then I really like our chances of pulling out a win in Baton Rouge.

Nah, Mallet can only throw to two thirds of the field. The two thirds not occupied by #7.

Thoughts? Thoughts about what? We have to play R-kansas Friday or Saturday? Uh Jordy when do we play again? I have a want to play but I don't know if I have enough time to finish my weekly pop-up book before Friday. Just have to execute better.-- LM

I think it will be feast or famine with this one...a season's worth of frustration will regurgitate itself all over Arky with a talent-rich, severely underachieving team serving up a p*ss emptying a$$ whuppin on a stunned group of swine lovers or a damaged beyond-repair bunch of undisciplined, unmotivated Tigers waiting for the season to mercifully end being routed and embarrased on national t.v. Still think the season is semi-savageable with the former b/c if that occurs, you can bank on a bowl win based on history. Something scares me though that we are in for more of the same during Miles non-bowl performance tenure....frustrating misques, irrational play calls, undisciplined play and finally a close game that will end like Ole Miss, Alabama, Arky 08, etc. PLEASE tigs, play for yourself and Smoke the Hogs!
