What is Jay supposed to do? Hand them the ball on a tee? I’m sure he told them to work late and hit the backside gap. They chose to pull off and try to hit every single pitch out of the park. That’s on them. Sometimes the players have to take accountability for shitty approaches.

We have struggles at the plate all season. How many games did Kade pitch well like over 110 pitches and got a no decision or loss because it was a low scoring outcome and we couldn’t score runs!!! At least 3!
