So your comment really doesn't apply.
It really does apply. There is a large portion of this fanbase, especially here, that lives to throw shite at the first sign of problems. The OP is a well-known troll here and he deserves the backhand.
As for the more reasonsable arguments that are similar to this, at least 90% of them are still blanket statements. Some of the pitchers arent playing well and others are capable, but unreliable. That does not apply to Schmidt, Moore (when healthy) and Cowan. We only saw Rizy struggle with strikes after 3rd and Williams and Fontenot shoved. Sheerin may had given up a couple of hits today, but he pounded the zone and still limited the damage.
Has hitting been an issue? Sure. Has it been consistently good for 3 of the last 4 games? Also true. Is Curiel out of his slump? Sure looks like it. Stanny was very good and seems to be close to 100% again. Dardar has finally shown up and Pearson is contributing.
We just need Milam to get out of his slump.
As for the infield, we know it’s going to be up and down. But at least we seem to have settled on a lineup and they are finally making some of the plays that are there. We’ve turned almost as many DPs in the last 7 games as the rest of the season combined. Average is probably the ceiling, but if they can get there, we have a chance to win close games, as shown today once the gap was closed.
Serna is going to struggle playing this much Catcher as a true freshman, but his bat makes him worth it.
This hasn’t been a good start to SEC play, but we’ve still been in 7 of the 9 games. They just need to make the plays when they are there. The team is starting to show signs of being able to do that. If they can improve and become more consistent, and that is if until they do it, this can be a solid team that makes the postseason without drama. The next two series will tell us a lot.

The homer, then The Bat Toss is the stuff that legends are made up of.

Y'all are spoiled.
That phrase is loaded, but it’s also true for this fanbase in baseball.
