If we keep having a coaching carousel, why would a recruit want to come here? There has to be some stability in this program. Not worrying if coordinators are leaving or if the head coach will be here for their years of playing here

not true. if aranda stays, that even more endorsement to come to LSU if you play defense.
the coaching carousel wont stop and aranda will be courted every year no matter where he's at.
Oh no, dont go to lsu, everyone wants their coaches........
at this point, there is only reports. you people are acting like aranda turned a resume into aTm and sought this. he's doing what any successful professional does.

To be fair, LSU had several years of Miles/Cameron/Chavis and the product was still subpar. Changes were needed, it's just LSU has a bunch of morons running things. The entire state of Louisiana needs a good purge.

The single biggest problem with the CEO approach is the second you have a good offence/defense going, they are out of here.
Apparently that chapter was purposely left out the binder or Alleva was concentrating on his bubblegum to put together one single thought about this problem.
