I just love watching a team full of players that are in a system they were meant to be in. Last years team was made to run up and down the court...just glad to finally see something coming together....and while im not saying this year is just spectacular..its just good to see a team that can compete and you finally feel like if were close at the end of a ballgame that theres a small chance now we wont fudge it up...good times now better times coming

Yea Hickey and Stringer were made for this style and everyone else looks just as comfortable. Sans ADP

It's nice seeing a coach the players actually look like they have respect for that doesn't act like a fool on the sidelines
Brady was just an arse
Trent didn't recruit or give the players freedom on offense

Team makes me proud too.
They have huge heart, huge hustle, determination AND stamina!

The boys have a great attitude, losses don't knock them off their game.

Staff has done a great job of conditioning these guys.
With such a small bench, and running kind of game (mostly) our players HAVE to be in great shape.
So they got themselves in great shape.

It's so much fun to watch them.

Now I'm praying for no injuries and Carmouche's knee tendinitis to stay away.

Yep. we leave tomorrow afternoon! 2 others from the Tip-Off club are going as well. Hopefully more. It being Superbowl weekend has a big effect.

Pretty sure every relative of Stringer's will also be there! He has tremendous support from his family. They travel quite a bit.

I'm pumped.

We went to Starkville last year as well and watched Autrie do a number on us. Not this year.

Did I say I'm pumped?

I'd go if it weren't 6 hours away

I was thinking about making the A&M trip because I have family in Houston. Also the SEC tourney has me interested, had a blast in NOLA last year

If you're in BR, Starkville is only about 4.5 hours away.

Two winnable games coming up (MSU and Vandy) but this team isn't good enough to overlook anybody. Hopefully they can build on the momentum they've had since the 2nd half of UK. Road games are never easy, especially for a team like LSU who is so reliant on outside shooting. We know the effort will be there and that this team can create turnovers, big question is can they bring their shooting on the road?

Something happened to this team in the second half of the Kentucky game, and its a different team. Its starting to gel. Even JOB is passing the ball, and finding the open guy. Hickey is taking over as the leader, and giving the team some sort of identity, and go-to guy when the game is on the line(which is important to have-just adds stability in nervous times). Very unselfish play, ball movement, and clutch shots were displayed against Missou. Very proud of the Tigers growth, recently....
