As much as i want top believe it I dont. If CLM constant excuse is "his athleticism gave us a better chance to win" Then by default doesnt CLM feel that going forward he needs a QB with wheels? Im sure he wasn't selling that to Mett and Kiel.

It should also be brought up that Mett/Kiel >>>>>>>>>>>>>> JL. The need for an athletic QB to mix it up won't be nearly as high.

The not as scary thing is he will be developed under Kragthorpe and not Crowton.
Randall seems to have MUCH more talent throwing the ball than JJ. I wouldn't mind him seeing limited action while Mett is full time starter. Would help if he had some experience in case Mett goes down.

there is a reason other teams dont do this
can you imagine the outrage if the saints took out brees for a few packages for a more athletic option?
