So since the neck bone is connected to the chest is clearly was the correct call and can be used anytime they want .

Hell, it wasn’t even roughing passer. I don’t think it would have been called roughing the passer in the NFL.

Not 15 yards, he two hand checked a guy as he released the ball, which directly caused an INT. This is textbook example of what to do in today’s game to avoid penalties and avoid injuring the QB. Too bad we’re playing Bana the following week, they’ll have to find another example to use I guess.
