Not after all the transfers, suspensions, injuries etc.....I disagree. They were not better

On paper they were....due to poor evaluations

so whose fault was it when lsu lost at home to a 14 point underdog that was missing tons of defensive starters?

Goldrush... I agree, but I'm explaining what the poster was trying to say. Didnt want Dave trying to put words in the poster's mouth. As he and others do quite often. Say things that make sense, and I'm ok with it.

Bama wasn’t really sure that he could build another powerhouse at the time and I’m sure if forums like this one were around some Bama fans were pissed too.....

It was Ryan Perilloux's fault. That sorry sack of spit.

Joking.

your untrained tv broadcast viewing doesnt outweigh people that are paid to evaluate talent and have access to scouting film.

Key players doing stupid shite that got themselves suspended and transferred....

Been saying this for a long time now.

Thèse were experienced strong players that made enough of a difference to where LSU could beat a pretty powerful Auburn team....

You know that team that beat Bama last year

Until O goes 10-2 or better, your excuses and O pumping falls on deaf ears.

Im calling them out anyway......I don’t care if I’m paid or not....LSU should fire them and get someone who knows what they are doing....

They let LSU down....

Nah, will probably turn out to be one of the more productive classes in a while. You are right, there arent many superstar recruits in the class. But this class looks like the basis for solid trenches for years to come instead of flashy recruits that dont pan out. Just my opinion and I could be totally wrong. But looks solid to me.

That’s all I ask. Let the season unfold....then we can do this all over again next year....some will eat crow....and I fully admit that could be me....then again....

Auburn didn't beat bama in 2016 and the 2017 auburn team finished with 4 losses

I was taking more about the lackluster o line recruiting of the last 3 years of Miles.....

I think O addressed the biggest deficiencies we had also.....next year if we get the 5 star RB and DBs will be ready

We are all going to see how it plays out. I’m still predicting 8-4 (failure), but I would love to be wrong and see LSU win 10+ regular season games.

Then you'll have to explain what I'm clueless about since me and pretty much everyone else in this thread agrees that LSU should be able to run up points and yards against inferior opponents.

and i was destroying that football ignorant opinion with facts

2014 & 2015 had 4 olineman drafted and it diesnt count this one.

2016 had the most olinemen make an all sec team,a rimington award finalist, and led the country in yards before contact

you dont know what youre talking about.

your tv viewing opinion doesnt outwiegh facts
