damn. when you consider that CU was in the Big 8 at the time, that means their entire OOC schedule was the first 4 teams. who the hell made that schedule?

This thread is a PSA for the mentally challenged. It says:

Even complete idiots are allowed to create ridiculous "theories," avoid any of the rational arguments that debunk those "theories," and then run away feeling victorious.

it worked on nov 5. it worked against oregon, west virginia and every other team on the schedule. it worked for bear bryant, it worked for tom osborne, it worked for barry switzer, it worked for darrel royal.

a grind it out philosphy works when you are playing teams with lessor talent than you. It also worked in the era of Tom Osborne, et all. It doesn't work today in the modern era of college and pro football unless you have superior talent than all your opponents. Who ever was playing QB should have been chuncking the ball down field on a semi-regular basis against all of our oppenents all season long just to be ready for the very top tier teams. If anything, that's the lesson Miles and staff need to have learned from 1/9/12. That's the philosphy change that needs to happen to move forward.

I like bumping it. There are some well-spoken and important points about a fatal flaw concerning LM's coaching philosophy.

His inability to get anything from the QB position against 'Bama Jan 9 says it all so far as I am consumed.

Give it up white tiger - there are flaws in every coach- if I told you at the beginning of the season an would go undefeated in the regular season against Oregon, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, and west Ginny you would have thought I was insane.

Enjoy where we are and stop bumping a thread that nobody cares about anymore - it's lame

not a bad theory,

everything depends on whether or not miles will let mett throw...if he does we will win it all...book it, write it, eat it, i dont give a shite...Mett will lead the team to a national title if les doesnt frick it up...he is a cam newton talent...
