What happened with the Koy Moore complaint against the BRPD? In this anti-police culture, I assumed that by now, he and his family, lawyers, promoters and sympathizers who were so quick to condemn the police would have rolled out the camera footage showing the commission of the alleged civil rights violations. That they haven’t done so suggests that perhaps a different party was at fault.

Are you saying the police were doing their job and Moore was acting an arse? No way, I’m shocked!

But seriously, I promise Moore doesn’t want any body cam footage released.

Didn’t his lawyers request the video to be released to the public?

The BRPD is the one who is not releasing the body cam footage. I imagine we'll get some edited tape released that doesn't show the whole confrontation.

Moore's attorney has no control over when law enforcement releases the footage. It took three months to release the George Floyd body cam video, and that was in a huge nationally scrutinized case.

I actually thought about posting this question yesterday. Does anyone have any insight.

Ok but what makes the bootlicking tards in the first 2 posts of this thread so sure that Koy was “acting an arse” if his lawyers are requesting to make the footage public?

So you think the standard for a homicide and a wrongful detention are the same? Go back to law school

After his lawyers review it and approve of its release.

No, I specifically mentioned it was not the same. But that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with any legal standard. I think if anything, less media scrutiny means the police are likely to move slower.

Notice how they’re not complaining about how the video has yet to be released?

Sure! If the video isn’t released, Moore and his lawyer can continue to claim he’s innocent.
