The good news

The only silver lining I see in this whole cluster frick is that a majority of fanbase has already woken up and realised that we've been tricked. Not a good look for 0 that people are already grabbing the pitch forks and wanting to run him out of town just 4 games into the season. The only solice I get from all this is that if he he shite the bed this season and goes 7-5 the fan base will be in a frenzy that if he drops a couple games early next year then I suspect the noise will be so loud and stadium so empty that we will force their hand. Was hired on the premise to "win now", do that or gtfo.

I mean yeah, we suck, but what did we really expect out of coach O? My only hope was that Canada and Aranda could run the team while Coach O gave motivational speeches. Hasn't really worked out that well.

Things MAY get better with more games. Canada is new, and the coaches know what the shortcomings are. If the whole season is a bust, then I'll agree.
We've only seen 4 games and have only lost one. We'll likely see 3 more losses, but could win all the rest but one.
Endless threads about being fricked is getting old. Chill.

The bad news...
It's a sinking feeling after the last game we play each year when we realize we'll have to wait 250 days for the next game, which is the first of 12 days out of the year that we get to watch the Tigers play.
It's truly frustrating that the product we've waited for has been pretty much shite since 1-9-12. No matter who's in charge, it will 2019 at the earliest before any real change and desired results can occur. I, too, thought that O might be able to pull it off without too much disruption and avoid a rebuild. But he's just not the answer. It would be a heck of a lot more likely to turn it around if they would just cut bait and start over in December - and that begins with Alleva in addition to O and his staff. If Aranda were somehow to stay, great, but everyone else unequivocally needs to go.

What about Coach O's resume says that he deserved the LSU job?
I like coach O, and I still want him to win; but realistically, did anyone really look at this as much of an upgrade from Les? Aside from thinking that O would be less involved with the offense, it was a lateral move.
If I'm a hater of anyone it's Joe Alleva. It's not even that he hired O, it's that he didn't explore any other options. He didn't do his due diligence.
