The Difference Between Us and Them

I know this is comparing apples and oranges, but watching the Duke-UNC game is eye-opening. Duke went down 22-5, and their student section was just as loud as if they would have been up 22-5. Our fans would have left the PMAC by now and the only people you would have heard are those 6 weird guys at the front of the student section. I hope one day our program gets to that point, until then, fight on Tigers.

im not sure the fans would've made any difference in the outcome today. i have been to nearly every home game this year and you cannot blame it on the fan support. this team is just incredibly inconsistent night in and night out. the fans do not determine what goes on down on the court.

This is so retarded. LSU went down a ton the other week and came back. Who all left the PMAC?
The fact is Duke is a top notch national program and so is UNC.
If LSU football went down 21-3 to Alabama in the first half at Tiger Stadium do you think the fans would file out? No.
The fact is, LSU's basketball program is not good at the moment and basketball is the 2/3 sport at LSU. A good product on the floor will generate fan excitement.

Yep the fan section makes the difference. Why not go take a look at their football stadium, how full are they? Or their baseball stadiums?

Duke has given it's fans National title's, Multiple Final 4's and ACC championships. LSU has given us what? Shaq and the Pistol.
It was Duke vrs UNC. You need look no further than that as do why no one left. But if you need more, the above list is just a fragment of the differences.
