The OP said it was one of the strengths possessed by Coach O. You may disagree. I agree with the OP. This heritage may also prove to be a strength when dealing with (1) some fans; (2) boosters; (3) Louisiana high school coaches; and (4) local high school recruits.
Of course, the bottom line is winning. He can recruit in the top 3 or the bottom 3. It won't be an issue if he goes 13-0.

So you think he walks into a recruits house and because he is cajun he already has an advantage?
For Louisiana recruits-- yes!

I just don't think kids really care about this
The advantage is being able to relate to those kids. Newsflash: Louisiana recruits are from Louisiana. Commonality helps in building relationships. Either you recognize this absolute truth or not.

Ha ha. You actually believing this says everything about you football knowledge.
I have never heard of any recruit picking a program with the coach's heritage.
You thinking a coach's heritage helping him recruit just further lets us see how far these o lover will go to talk themselves into thinking this was a great hire.
Recruit dont care about a coach's heritage.

Admit i was wrong about ed orgeron not running lsu's offense?
Only a dumbass would think a 55 year career dline coach was running lsu's offense.
Please prove miles wasnt running lsu's defense that last 10 years.
Im sorry you dont understand how proving something works. You cant prove a negative.
Steve Ensminger called the plays.

This has nothing to do with Miles.... this has to do with the fact that you have zero idea how much O was involved in the offense... just because you say he is a d-line coach doesn't mean he has zero offensive play calling skills. Until you have something concrete, it's just your opinion and a stupid one at that.... bottom line is you are still butt hurt that O had the team clicking the last seven games wsy way better than Miles had this team playing. YOU want O to fail....

It's not definite but what is definite in the world?
I think it's perfectly reasonable to conclude that Coach O doesn't contribute to offensive playcalling. Why would he? Additionally, why would you want him to?
Isn't that what you guys like best about him? That he "lets his coaches coach?"

You have to realize peej isnt even a lsu fan. He doesnt even know what an individual record is in cfb. Youre conversing with someone that said i was dumb for saying Matt Maucks td record is an individual record. He doesnt understand common knowledge things about cfb.
We know steve Ensminger took over playcalling

Yup. And if Miles had done that he may still be employed at LSU..... I think O will do just fine here.... you can be Debbie downer all you want. We don't need a crappy fan like you anyway........
Posted on 12/16/16 at 1:01 pm to Rickdaddy4188
No. all I have said is that all the so called records that JJ set were team accomplishments.... anytime it doesn't fit your agenda it's a team accomplishment. You will never say that JJ played a bad game on 1/9. You kept saying it was the teams fault.... you want it both ways..... sure Mack set the record for TS passes in 2003. Just like JJ shite the bed in 1/9....

You arent a lsu fan. You dont go to games.you dont pay into taf. You probabaly have never stepped on campus.
Please let us know why it was ok for you to shite on miles for a decade sonce youre sooool against talking shite about lsu's coach.
Why was it ok for you to shite on very successful lsu coach?

Link. You cant find one because it doesnt exist. All ive eve said is our line played horrible as well.im sorry you have the reading comprehension of a 2 year old and because i say the oline played bad too it some how means jj dodnt play bad.
quote:
you want it both ways
No i dont dumbass. I have never once said JJ played well on 1/9. not a single time. Ive only said the oline played bad TOO.
You take someones post and run woth this wild.and ignorant deduction because youre are stupid.
When i say lsu's oline played bad TOO it in no ways means jj played well.
You better be glad breathing is involuntary

I have been to at least 50 games over the years sweetheart..... I am a way better fan than you will ever be.... and I bash Miles when it was needed. But I make sure you know about it since you suck his arse on a daily basis....
Posted on 12/16/16 at 1:12 pm to Rickdaddy4188
You have posted his stats from 1/9 and have said it wasn't that bad of a game. It was all the O-lines fault and if they would have blocked proper LSU would have won..... anyway... you are becoming boring with your Miles lovefest..... carry on dude... you are a legend in your own mind......
Posted on 12/16/16 at 1:21 pm to Rickdaddy4188
Reading comprehension is not your strong suit.

This is a perfect example im talking about.
I post," it wasnt just JJ that played bad, our oline got manhandled all game."
You take that simple and direct post to mean that JJ played well, it was all on the oline, and if the line wouldve blocked better, we wouldve won.
Another example is you have this ignorant assumption that i think or said JJ was a great qb. I have never once said JJ was good. Ive only ever saod he isnt close to the worse qb in lsu history or sec history. Thats it. Ive repeatedly said on his best day he was slightly above average.
But see in your booze soaked brain yoi have turned that into me saying JJ was a great qb.

I didnt bring miles up in this thread until you wanted me to prove a negative. I wss trying to show you how ignorant your task was.

carry on dude... you are a legend in your own mind......
You yourself have, more than once, sai i know my shite.
You on the other hand dont know common knowledge things about football.
Im still waiting for you tell me why it was ok for you to shite on miles for decade.
