It's just one article highlighting black coaches lol it is not that big of a deal.

OK. Link an article on White coaches. Oh, there isn't one? Now you see his point. And it is a big deal.

why inject race into this?

How about letting all coaches stand on merit? Just like MLK wanted.

Dumb title for the article. Cortez is a great coach period. No need for race to be brought into it

Why do they have be "Black" coaches instead of just coaches? Asking for a friend.
Because nobody would know they were Black coaches.

That Arabs line killed me...and highlighted the absurdity of this nonsense. The problem is it started with stuff like this and now there are "multicultural" "poc" spots at colleges where white people are openly banned. I'm almost to the point of saying it'd be better to just segregate everything again

As is the disparity in white wide receivers getting P5 scholarships.

That's where we're headed anyway.

In another generation we'll be able to elect representatives who will deny state and federal funding from places that exclude white people.

It would just be an article on top coaches and it’d be predominantly white so there is no need

and whites in the NBA.

I'll start to take the diversity hustlers seriously as soon as they decry the lack of diversity in NBA players (not just whites, but Hispanics and Asians too).

There was a time college administraters were color blind, when they hired all white coaches.

Lets face it racism `f`ked up any chance of the thought
of inclusion between the races. The media is pushing all of
race baiting especially when it comes to equality in sports.
I sense on this board that alot of posters want a white QB.
My BOL ,who`s a dentist tells me all the time his patients
feel the same way.
Until people truly get rid of the predudice in their lives, both black and white, we are going to have to listen
to the want to even the playing field as for as coaching
hires goes.

I think that's a tiny percentage of posters.

We're 50 years past the "black QB" issue. Remember, Tiger fans love Herb Tyler, Rohan Davey, and JaMarcus Russell -- because they were good. And we don't like Brandon Harris and Anthony Jennings -- because they were bad. No other reason.

Almost nobody nowadays cares about the race of a player. The only color that matters is purple and gold.
